Terms of Service.
These Terms govern use of the website synact.ai (the “Site”), operated by Hansu Lim (the “Operator”), and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Operator and users.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Accessing the Site and using the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Article 1 Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the information and related services (the “Services”) provided through the Site operated by Hansu Lim (the “Operator”), defining rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Operator and users.
Article 2 Definitions
Terms used in these Terms have the following meanings:
- “Site” means synact.ai and its sub-pages, operated by the Operator to provide information and content.
- “User” means anyone who accesses the Site and uses the Services under these Terms.
- “Content” means any text, image, video, material, code example, or other information published by the Operator on the Site.
Article 3 Posting & Amendments
- The Operator posts these Terms on the Site so users can easily review them.
- The Operator may amend these Terms within applicable law.
- If amended, the amendment will be announced on the Site at least 7 days before its effective date, specifying the date and reason for change. For changes unfavorable to users, the announcement period is at least 30 days.
- If a user disagrees with an amendment, they may stop using the Services. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Article 4 Governing Supplements
Matters not specified herein are governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and other applicable laws and customary practice.
Article 5 Provision of Services
- The Operator provides the following Services:
- Publishing and access to information and content about n8n and work automation
- Receiving and responding to inquiry/consult requests
- Other information services as the Operator determines
- Inquiry/consult requests through the Site are for information and intake purposes only. Specific consulting or service contracts between the Operator and a user are formed through separate written agreements. The scope, fees, and responsibilities are defined in those agreements, not these Terms.
Article 6 Service Changes & Suspension
- The Operator may change or wholly/partially suspend the Services. The change will be announced on the Site in advance, except in urgent or unavoidable cases where post-hoc notice is permitted.
- The Operator may suspend Services without prior notice in the following cases:
- System maintenance, repair, or hosting-provider issues
- Force majeure such as power outage, communications failure, or natural disaster
- A surge in usage making normal operation difficult
- The Operator is not liable for damages from changes or suspension of free Services, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 7 Information
- Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or currency.
- Outcomes and responsibility from applying any automation configuration, code example, or settings included in the content lie with the user.
Article 8 Intellectual Property
- Copyright and other IP rights in content posted on the Site belong to the Operator. Rights in cited third-party materials or open-source projects (such as n8n) belong to their respective rights-holders.
- Without the Operator's prior written consent, users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or create derivative works, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, or allow third parties to do so.
- Personal, non-commercial viewing and reasonable quotation with attribution are permitted.
Article 9 User Obligations
Users shall not:
- Violate applicable laws or infringe the rights of others.
- Infringe the IP rights of the Operator or third parties.
- Without the Operator's consent, use automated means (bots, crawlers, scrapers) to harvest or copy content, or to overload the Site.
- Interfere with normal operation of the Site or attempt unauthorized access to systems.
- Provide false information in inquiries or consult requests.
- Engage in any other unlawful or improper conduct contrary to public order and morals.
Article 10 User-Submitted Content
The Operator may use content submitted by users through inquiries or consult requests for the purpose of responding and providing Services. Users represent that submitted content does not infringe the rights of others and are responsible for any disputes arising from such content.
Article 11 Disclaimers
- The Operator is not liable for Service interruptions due to force majeure, hosting/network provider failures, or user-side causes.
- The Operator is not liable for the content, accuracy, or reliability of external sites or third-party tools or services (n8n, external APIs, etc.) linked from the Site.
- The Operator is not liable for decisions or actions a user takes in reliance on Site content, absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 12 Damages & Liability Limits
- The Services are in principle provided free of charge. The Operator is not liable for damages arising from the free Services unless required otherwise by applicable law.
- If a user causes damages to the Operator or third parties by violating these Terms, that user shall be liable for those damages.
Article 13 Privacy
The Operator protects user personal data in accordance with applicable laws. Processing details are defined in the separately posted Privacy Policy.
Article 14 Disputes & Governing Law
- The Operator and users shall make good-faith efforts to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or use of the Services.
- These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Unresolved disputes shall be brought to the court of jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act or, by agreement, to the Seoul Central District Court.
Addendum
These Terms take effect on June 1, 2026.
